摘 要:以松嫩草地优势植物芦苇为研究对象,人工模拟温度升高和施用氮肥,探讨了全球温度升高和大气氮素沉降对返青期芦苇形态及解剖结构的影响.结果表明:5月份返青期增温、施氮、增温+施氮处理均对芦苇形态及解剖结构具有一定的影响.施氮处理明显改变了植物的外部形态,显示出氮肥增大植株高度、增加植株节数、增多植株叶片数、增大叶片宽度等促进植物生长作用的效果;此外,在维管束、气孔两个方面也表现出一定的促进生长的作用.增温处理下,芦苇叶片长度降低、气孔下腔面积减少,而对维管束性状没有明显的影响;此外,增温处理还削弱了施氮的作用效果,说明长时间的温度升高对草地植物的生长具有一定的限制作用.In order to explore the respond of morphological and anatomical structure of Phragmites communis to global climate change during the seedling establishment period,built up the experiment of increasing temperature and nitrogen addition in Songnen plain of China. The results showed that all the treatments,including warming, nitrogen addition, warming and nitrogen addition, had a certain effect on morphological and anatomical structure of P. communis during reviving period in May. Nitrogen addition had an effect on promoting the growth of plant, which involved in promoting the growth of plant height, increasing the number of plants node and leaves and the width of leaves. Similarly, nitrogen addition also showed the certain growth-promoting on the vascular bundles and stomata. Warming treatment reduced the length of the leaves, decreased the substomatal cavity area of P. cornmunis,but had no significant change in the vascular bundles traits. Warming treatment also weakened the effect of nitrogen addition. These showed that the long-term increasing temperature had a certain restrictions on the grassland plant's growth.
