摘　　要：介绍了平均聚合度为4 000的超高分子质量聚氯乙烯树脂的合成工艺,讨论了扩链剂流加时间及用量、聚合温度、分散剂种类等对产品性能的影响,确定了小试工艺配方并进行了稳定性试验。A synthesis process of PVC resins with ultrahigh molecular weight, i.e. average pol- ymerization degree 4 000, was introduced. The cffccts of chain extcndcr fccding time and amount, polymerization temperature, dispersant type on the properties of products were disscused. The small experiment process formula was dctermined, and the repeatability test was carried out.
