摘　　要：为研究医药卫生体制改革及医药卫生信息化对流行病与卫生统计学科卫生统计学方向研究生培养模式的影响,本文根据我校实践,结合相关文件中关于卫生统计人才需求类型及特点以及教育部有关研究生培养的文件,从教学内容、教学实践、卫生标准研究、导师队伍建设等方面对研究生培养模式给出了建议,力求培养适合社会需求的复合型高层次卫生统计学专业人才。Medical system reform and medical health informationization have posed deep impacts on the training of graduate students majored in epidemiology and health statistics. Based on the practices in Zhengzhou University and the relavant documents , this article proposes recommendations on health statistics postgraduate training from the perspectives of teaching content, teaching practice, health standard research, and mentorship, with an attempt to facilitate the training of talented staff that meet the social demands.
