摘　　要：民用建筑是供人居住和进行公共社会活动使用的建筑物和场所的总称。为便于识别其类型和特殊性,该文叙述民用建筑按使用功能、建筑高度、楼房年限和复杂程度等而进行的分类,并简述具有特殊性能的建筑。Civil construction is a general term for human habitation and public social activities and the use of build- ings and places. For the convenience of roller type and particularity, the paper describes the classification of civil architecture and use function, building height, building period, complexity and described with special performance of buildings.
