摘 要:为实现电主轴的不平衡在线控制,开发了平衡头和电主轴一体化原理样机.完成了非工作状态平衡头对电主轴壳体振动、转轴刚性和关键位置温升的影响试验及工作状态平衡头运动对电主轴壳体振动和轴振动的影响试验.结果表明,在平衡头不工作情况下,带平衡头电主轴在9 000 r/min振动速度小于0.5 mm/s;一阶模态转速为38 520 r/min;前轴承温升为4.3℃;3 000 r/min下平衡头转动的振动响应规律与平衡量变化规律基本一致;3 000 r/min下平衡头对电主轴抑振能力为加速度单峰值0.013 g和位移峰峰值22μm.电主轴一阶模态频率、平衡头不工作与工作状态下振动、关键部位温升均处于正常范围,平衡头对电主轴动态特性的影响在工程可接受范围内,其研究为一体化自平衡智能电主轴应用奠定了基础.In order to realize the unbalance online control of motorized spindle, the spindle integrated with one automatic balancer was developed. The effect of balancer on vibration, shaft rigidity and temperature of spindle was studied by testing in non-working state, and influence of balancer on vibration of spindle housing and shaft was also studied by testing in working state. The results show that in non-working state the motor- ized spindle with balancer has a vibration velocity less than 0.5 mm/s at 9 000 r/rain, the first-order modal speed of 38 520 r/min and the temperature rise of 4.3 ~(2 in the front bearing. The vibration variation tenden- cy of self-balancing spindle in 3 000 r/min is basically the same as the magnitude variation of generated balance correction vector and the balancer has an ability to suppress a spindle vibration of 0. 013g in the form of accel- eration peak value and 22 vm in the form of displacement peak-peak value. The modal frequency, vibration level and temperature rise of spindle integrated with balancer are in their normal range, the influence of bal-ancer on the dynamic characteristics of spindle is acceptable in engineering. This work provides a foundation for actual application of self-balancing intelligent motorized spindle.
