摘　　要：鉴于国内尚未建立布袋弹威力试验标准,为真实反映产品威力,进行了模拟介质和生物实验.实验结果表明:GJBZ20262-95致伤标准不适用于布袋弹,布袋弹在近距离使用主要造成皮肤、皮下层和肌层损伤,其中胸腹部损伤常伴有合并脏器伤,属于重度损伤,需要及时进行医疗干预;在中远距离使用一般会造成皮肤和皮下层损伤,属于轻度损伤,多数可自行吸收.因此布袋弹在5 m距离内使用时要慎重,避免对人员造成致命伤.Since the power standards of bag bullets have not been established in China, we carried out analog medium and biological experiments. The results show that the standards of injury in GJBZ20262-95 do not apply to bag bullets. It generally causes skin, subcutaneous layer and muscle damage when used within short range. The abdominal injury is often accompanied by visceral injuries, which belongs to severe injury and needs medical intervention timely. Long range shot generally causes skin and subcutaneous injury, which be- longs to minor injuries and could be cured without medical intervention. Therefore the bag bullets should be used with caution in a range of 5 m to avoid fatal injuries for others.
