摘  要:基于新型微机电系统(MEMS)仿生矢量水听器,首先利用计算机仿真对比分析了阵列空间谱估计4种相关算法(包括MUSIC算法、Capon最小方差法、空间平滑算法和MMUSIC算法)的优劣性。其次在对比分析的基础上,考虑实际操作的可行性和信号处理的准确性,选取定向精度较高,分辨能力较强的MUSIC算法处理不相干信号源,选取MMUSIC算法处理相干信号源。通过仿真验证和实验分析,结果表明,该MEMS矢量水听器阵列定向精度均在5°以内,具有较好的定向能力。Based on the novel MEMS bionic vector hydrophone, superiority-inferiority of the array spatial spec- trum estimation by four correlation algorithms (including MUSIC algorithm, Capon algorithm, Spatial smoothing algorithm and MMUSIC algorithm) have been firstly simulated by the computer. On this basis of comparative analy- sis, considering the feasibility of operating and the accuracy of signal processing, the MUSIC algorithm which with the advantage of high directional precision and high-resolution capability is selected to deal with the irrelevant signal source, then the MMUSIC algorithm is used to deal with relevant signal source. By the simulated validation and ex- perimental analysis, the results show that the array directional accuracy of the MEMS vector hydrophone array is less than 5° with good ability to direction.
