摘 要:阐述了地地弹道导弹武器系统可用性评估的重要性,并以此为需求牵引,提出了可用性评估原理及建模与仿真一体化框架,结合部署期间的任务需求,划分了任务时间序列,建立了涉及武器系统、任务空间、维修保障、人因可靠性、转运生存、随机因素和仿真优化在内的可用性评估模型。在此基础上,开发了拥有丰富建模与仿真知识库、模块化设计与开放式接口的仿真系统,并进行实例应用,验证了模型和系统的有效性。结果表明,该模型和系统构建方法合理可行,具有一定的优越性,不失为导弹可用性评估的一种有效手段。Significance of availability assessment of ground launched ballistic missile weapon system is proposed. The assessment principle and M&S framework is put forward. And based on mission, work- ing time is divided. An availability assessment model is designed, which refers to weapon system, mis- sion space, support, human reliability analysis(HRA) , transport and survival, random factors and simu- lation based on optimization. Finally, the assessment software system is developed which has great model and knowledge base, modular design and open interfaces, and a simulation example is given. Application instances show that the assessment system is of validity and superiority, and provides an effective means for the availability evaluation.
