摘　　要：文章介绍K-blog的内涵,分析传统知识管理与基于K-blog的知识管理的不同,阐述其在数字参考咨询服务中的重要意义,提出在图书馆数字参考咨询中如何运用K-blog的建议对策,总结出K-blog是一把"双刃剑",需合理利用来提升图书馆服务的质量。This paper introduces the connotation of K-blog, analyzes the difference between traditional knowledge management and knowledge management based on K-blog, explains its significance in digital reference service, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions about how to use K-blog in library digital reference. And the authors argue that K-blog, as a double-edged sword, must be reasonablely used to improve the service quality of library.
