绢蒿浸液对雏鸡免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨新疆石河子南山地区牧草绢蒿对雏鸡T淋巴细胞增殖与巨噬细胞吞噬活性的影响,试验采用称重法、MTT法、菌落计数法、ANAE染色法及攻毒试验分别对小鼠的体重、T淋巴细胞增殖、T淋巴细胞数量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及发病率进行研究。结果表明,绢蒿浸液能不同程度的提高雏鸡体重、T淋巴细胞增殖能力及T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率,降低吞噬细胞吞噬性,减少感染大肠杆菌雏鸡的发病率,提高抗感染能力。提示,绢蒿浸液对正常雏鸡具有双向免疫调节作用。To investigate the effects of Seriphidium in the Nanshan area, Shihezi, Xinjiang province on immunologic func- tion of chicks,the influence of the weight was studied by weighing method, the proliferation of T lymphocyte was studied by MTT method, the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages was studied by colony counting method, the number of T-lymphocyte of peripheral blood was studied by ANAE method,the death rate in chicks was studied by Escherichia coli tap- ping poison. The steep of Seriphidiurn could levelly improve the chickens＇weight, proliferation abilities of T lymphocyte and positive rates of T lymphocytes ANAE, and decrease phagoeytosis ability to bacterium and the incidence of chicks to E. coll. The results showed that the steep of Seriphidium depended on its doses had a two-way effect on the immunologic function of chicks.
