山东省医疗卫生资源配置公平性研究

摘　　要：随着近几年来我国医疗卫生体制的改革进程的加快,医疗卫生资源正在不断提高,但是医疗资源配置的不公平现象仍然存在。特别是地区之间的医疗卫生资源投入有很大的差距,制约着医疗卫生水平的提高。以山东省为例,三甲医院的数量在不同城市之间分配有很大差距。通过对山东省三甲医院的地区分布做了详细比较,为促进医疗卫生资源的公平性配置提供一种思路。With the acceleration of China＇s healthcare system reform process in the recent years, medical and health resources are increasing, but the inequity of resources allocation still exists. Especially, the investments of medical and health resources greatly vary between different areas, which restrict the advancement of medical and healthcare services. Take an example of Shandong province, the number of the first class hospitals is obviously different among different cities. This article makes a detailed comparative analysis of the geographical distribution of the first class hospitals in Shandong province, and provides a new approach to promote the equity of medical and health resources allocation.
