摘　　要：介绍了新发布的北京市地方标准《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)制订的必要性、编制原则、适用范围、控制项目选择与分类、排放限值及确定依据、达标技术等。该标准主要污染物控制指标限值提高到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类水平,严于原执行标准,对改善北京市水环境质量和污水资源化利用具有重要意义。The paper introduced the new Beijing local standard of Discharge standard of water pollu tants for municipal zstezvater treatment plants （DB 11/890-2012）, including the necessity and principle of its establishment, its applicable areas, control items＇ selection and classification, emission limits, and the basis and control techniques of standard, etc. The main pollutant control index limits were improved to the class IV level of Environmental quality standards of surface water （GB 3838-2002） ,which was stric ter than the old standard. This would be of significance for the improvement of Beiiing local water environ mental quality and wastewater reclamation.
