摘　　要：在PubMed、Medline、EMBASE/EM、IPA及CNKI等数据库中对2008年5月—2012年9月有关β-受体阻滞剂治疗婴幼儿血管瘤临床试验中出现的不良反应的相关文献进行检索,综述了β-受体阻滞剂治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的不良反应及防治对策,供临床和新药研发参考,以促进临床安全合理用药,为进一步开发β-受体阻滞剂的新适应症和新制剂新剂型提供依据。This paper reviewed the adverse reactions and prevention countermeasures of beta-blockers treatment for infantile hemangiomas. A search in PubMed, Medline, EMBASE/EM, IPA, CNKI and etc electronic database for all articles about adverse reactions in clinical trails of the beta-blockers treatment for infantile hemangiomas from May 2008 to September 2012 was conducted. This review could provide reference for clinical applications and development of new drug to promote rational use and clinical safety of the drug and then offer basis for the development of new indication and new formulation of beta-blockers.
