癌痛规范化治疗示范病房创建中的药事管理实践

摘　　要：目的分享癌痛规范化治疗示范病房创建中的药事管理经验,促进癌痛规范化治疗。方法以优化流程为抓手,以安全质量为目的,总结相关的制度、流程变革。结果在组织与管理、药品的选择与供应、药品的储存、医嘱和医嘱转录、药师调剂、给药和监测7个环节中均取得了进步。成功创建了卫生部首批"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"。结论在癌痛规范化治疗示范病房创建工作中,加强药事管理,深化药学服务,推进跨团队照护是十分必要的。流程变革能促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE To share the experiences in medication management and use during construction of demonstration ward for standardized cancer treatment and promote standard treatment for cancer pain. METHODS Focusing at optimized process mauagemeut, safety and medical quality, relevaut system, procedure and process reforms were summarized. RESULTS Obvious outcomes have been achieved in the process of organization and administration, medication supply, storage, prescribing and transprescribing, prescription auditing and dispensing, dosing and pharmacotherapeutic monitoring. We established a demonstration ward for standardized cancer pain treatment approved by ministry of health. CONCLUSION It is necessary for drug ＆ therapy committee to strengthen pharmaceutical administration, promote the pharmaceutical care and multiple discipline team care. Process reforms help to enhance rational drug use.
