摘 要:研究了固硫灰的基本性能,利用现代实验方法,在前期实验的基础上,设计正交试验,得出各个因素的影响规律,通过微调得到最佳配比,并对其长期性能进行了测试。研究表明:固硫灰能大量运用到灌浆材料中。得到的最佳配比为:固硫灰掺量50%,水灰比0.26,铝粉掺量0.003%,胶砂比1∶1.1,减水剂有效掺量0.4%。所制备的灌浆材料流动性为351mm;1d强度为22.5MPa;3d强度为49.7MPa;28d强度为94.3MPa。By modern experimental methods, the basic properties of sulfur ash were studied. Based on previous experi-ments,effects of various factors were elicited by the orthogonal test. The best ratio of sulfur ash was got, and its long-term performance was tested through fine-tuning. The study shows that sulfur ash can be used in grouting material large-ly. The best ratio is as follows, added amount of sulfur ash is 50%,water-cement ratio is 0. 26, added amount of alumi-num powder is 0. 003%, mortar ratio is 1 : 1.1 and effective added amount of superplasticizer is 0. 4%. Properties of the prepared grouting material are as follows, mobility is 351 mm, 1 d strength is 22. 5 MPa, 3 d Strength is 49. 7 MPa and 28 d strength is 94. 3 MPa.
