补肾止带汤联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎86例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾止带汤联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法:将172例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各86例,治疗组给予补肾止带汤口服联合复方沙棘籽油栓阴道上药治疗;对照组给予甲硝唑片口服并阴道上药。2组均以10天为1疗程,观察比较2组患者阴道pH值、阴道清洁度评分、中医证候量化评分,评价临床疗效及复发率。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.70%,对照组为79.07%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组阴道pH值、阴道清洁度评分、中医证候量化评分均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05);治疗组各项指标评分降低较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。复发率治疗组为21.82%,对照组为78.13%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾止带汤联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎疗效确切,复发率低。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Bushen Zhidai decoction plus compound Seabuckthorn oil suppository in treating senile vaginitis with liver-kidney yin deficiency. Methods： One hundred and seventy-two senile vaginitis patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given oral use of Bushen Zhidai decoction plus vaginal administration of compound Seabuckthorn oil suppository, and the control group was given oral use of Metronidazole tablets. Ten days constituted one course of treatment. Before and after treatment, we detected vaginal pH value, and measured the scores of vaginal cleanness and traditional Chinese medical syndromes to evaluate the curative effect and relapse rate. Results： The total effective rate was 90.70% in the treatment group and was 79.07% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the vaginal pH value and the scores of vaginal cleanness and traditional Chinese medical syndromes were decreased in the two groups（P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）, and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The relapse rate was 21.82% in the treatment group and was 78.13% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Bushen Zhidai decoction plus Seabuckthorn oil suppository shows certain effect in treating senile vaginitis with liver-kidney yin deficiency and the relapse rate is low.
