摘　　要：目的 分析石家庄市2004～2011年布鲁杆菌病（布病）流行病学特征，为做好预防控制工作提供依据。方法 资料来源于“全国传染病疫情信息报告系统”的2004～2011年布病疫情数据，分析布病的人群、地区、时间分布特征。结果 （1）2004～2011年石家庄市布病平均发病率为1.10／10万，8年间布病发病呈上升趋势。年龄发病特征为，各年龄组均有发病，30岁以前随着年龄的增长发病率呈上升趋势，30岁以后发病率明显升高，50岁达发病高峰，以后随年龄增长发病率明显下降。男性发病明显多于女性（3.64：1）；职业分布特征以农民最多，平均占74.79%，其次是牧民平均占10.77%、学生平均占3.55%和工人平均占2.37%（χ2 = 1605.82，P = 0.00）。（2）2004～2011年石家庄市布病县乡发病率均高于城区。（3）布病全年均有发病，病例多集中在3～7月份。结论 石家庄市农村50岁左右的男性农民是布病发生的高危人群，发病季节多集中在3～7月份，应围绕此季节做好高危人群的预防控制工作。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Shijiazhuang city from 2004 to 2011. METHODS The data of brucellosis were derived from China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention. The data on the distribution of time, region and population of brucellosis were analyzed. RESULTS （ 1 ） The average incidence rate of brucellosis was 1.10 per hundred thousand. The incidence rate showed increasing trend from 2004 to 2011. The incidence was found in each age group, along with the growth of the age, the incidence rate increased before 30 ages, and obviously in- creased after 30 years old, and reached the peak in the 50-years old, then the incidence rate decreased. The incidence rate in males was higher than that in females. The most cases were concentrated in the peasants; the constitutive ratio was 74.79 percents. The next was herdsmen, students and workers, which the ratio was 10.77, 3.55 and 2.37 percent （Z2 = 1 605.82, P = 0.00）. （2） The incidence rate of brucellosis in county area was higher than that in urban area from 2004 to 2011. （3） The brucellosis incidence might occur in each month all the year, the cases were concentrated in March to July. CONCLUSION The male peasants about 50-years old are the high risk people of the brucellosis, and the cases are concentrated in March to July, so we should adopt the preventive measures against the brucellosis among them.
