中药膳食营养对严重烧伤患者免疫功能的调理作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药膳食营养对严重烧伤患者免疫功能的调理作用。方法将严重烧伤患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组于伤后d 3开始口服中药膳食,100 ml/次、3次/d,连用2周,对照组采用常规饮食,患者在伤后3 d及伤后2周分别检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性、白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)及血浆IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4。结果治疗组伤后2周外周血CD4、CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞活性、IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4高于对照组,CD8、sIL-2R水平低于对照组。结论中药膳食营养可以改善严重烧伤后机体的免疫状况,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To investigate the opsonization of Chinese medicine diet on immune function in severely burned patients. METHODS Severely burned patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group in the first 3 days after injury, was given with oral medicine diet, 100 ml/time, 3 times/day for 2 weeks, the control group with conventional diet.3 days and 2 weeks after injury, detected the changes of T lymphocyte subsets, the activity of NK cell, interleukin-2 receptor （sIL-2R） and plasma IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4. RESULTS 2 weeks after injury, compared with normal group, the CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio, NK cell activity, IgA, IgM, IgG, C3, C4 of treatment group in treatment group were higher, CD8, sIL-2R levels in treatment group were lower. CONCLUSION Chinese medicine diet can improve the body immune situation after severe burn, which is worthy of promotion.
