摘  要:目的探讨并对比母血、羊水、脐血中基质金属蛋白酶8(MMP-8)浓度对胎膜早破性早产的预测价值。方法选择56例胎膜早破性早产病人作为病例,70例正常孕产妇作为对照,酶联免疫吸附的方法测量胎膜早破性早产和正常孕产妇母血、羊水、脐血中MMP-8浓度,并通过绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC曲线)的方法探讨各类生物标本预测胎膜早破性早产的临床价值。结果母血、羊水、脐血预测胎膜早破性早产的灵敏度分别为51.80%、85.70%和62.5%,特异度分别为68.60%、82.90%和75.70%。结论羊水中MMP-8的浓度对胎膜早破性早产具有较高的预测价值,其次为脐血,母血的预测价值最低。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the predictive values of MMP-8 concentration of mother serum, amniotic fluid and cord blood in diagnosing preterm birth with premature rupture of membranes. METHODS 56 premature birth with premature rup- ture of membranes were selected as the cases and 70 normal pregnant women were selected as the controls. ELISA method was used to measure the MMP-8 concentration of mother serum, amniotic fluid and cord blood and by a ROC analysis method to evaluate the clinical values of MMP-8 concentration in different specimen in predicting premature birth with premature rupture of membranes. RESULTS The sensitivity and specificity of mother serum, amniotie fluid and cord blood were 51.80%, 85.70%, 62.5% and 68.60%, 82.90%, 75.70% separately. CONCLUSION The concentration of MMP-8 in amniotie fluid has the most value in predicting preterm birth with premature rupture of membranes, then is cord blood, mother serum has the lowest value.
