133例儿童接种百白破疫苗引起无菌性脓肿的流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的 分析133例儿童接种百白破疫苗引起无菌性脓肿的发生情况，探讨无菌性脓肿发生的原因，寻找降低无菌性脓肿的的方法。方法 采用描述性流行病学方法对2007～2011年石家庄市儿童接种百白破疫苗引起无菌性脓肿的资料进行分析。结果 2007～2011年，全市共报告133例接种百白破疫苗引起的无菌性脓肿病例。0～1岁组123例（92.48%）；农村102例（76.69%）；第3针后发病59例（44.36%），治愈94例（70.68%）；使用全细胞百白破疫苗引起的121例（90.98%），无细胞百白破疫苗引起的12例（9.02%）。结论 无菌性脓肿的发生与多种因素有关，可以采取相应措施加以减轻甚至避免。OBJECTIVE To analyze the data of 133 cases of aseptic abscess caused by DVF vaccine, to explore the causes of aseptic abscess and search the method to reduce it. METHODS Analyzed the data of aseptic abscess caused by DTP vaccine during 2007-20ll year in Shijiazhuang by the method of descriptive epidemiology. RESULTS We reported 133 cases aseptic abscess during 2007-2011 year in Shijiazhuang. There was a higher number of cases （ 133 cases） in the aged 0-1 years group, accounting for 92.48%, 102 cases lived in the countryside, accounting for 76.69%, 59 cases were ill after the third injection, accounting for 44.36%, 94 cases were cured, accounting for 70.68%, 121 cases caused by whole-cell DPT vaccine, accounting for 90.98%, 12 cases caused by acellular DPT vaccine, accounting for 9.02%. CONCLUSION Aseptic abscess is associated with many factors, and we can take the corresponding measures to reduce or even avoid it.
