社区老年人健康体检结果及血脂状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年人的健康状况,为开展社区干预提供科学依据。方法选取某辖区6O岁以上老年人免费常规体检及空腹血糖、血脂、血脂、腹部B超、心电图、血压等项目,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果共检出各种指标异常者538例,占91.65%,检查出异常结果为:高血脂、高血压、心电图异常、高血糖、肥胖、肾功异常、高尿酸。男性在高血脂、高血压、心电图异常、高血糖、肾功异常的检出率均高于女性(P﹤0.05或0.01),而肥胖、高尿酸男女之间无明显差别(P﹥0.05),肥胖组高血压、高血脂、心电图异常和高血糖均高于非肥胖组(P﹤0.05或0.01)。结论老年人慢性病检出率高,应充分利用社区资源,积极开展综合性社区干预,定期健康体检关注血脂、血糖、血压水平动态变化,保持健康的生活方式和合理的膳食结构,以及合理的户外运动戒除不良生活习惯,预防及减少疾病的发生。OBJECTIVE To understand the health status of the elderly, provide scientific basis for carrying out community intervention. METHODS Selected elderly aged 60 and above for free routine checkups and analyzed fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, abdominal B ultrasound, ECG, blood pressure and other projects. RESULTS All kinds of abnormal indexes were found in 538 cases, accounting for 91.65%. The abnormal findings were hyperlipidemia, hypertension, abnormal elec- trocardiogram, hyperglycemia, obesity, renal anomalies, high uric acid. Detectable rates in high blood lipids, hyperten- sion, abnormal electrocardiogram, high blood glucose, renal abnormalities in males were higher than those of females （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）, while obesity, high uric acid between men and women had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, in obesity group, rates of high blood lipids, hypertension and hyperglycemia electrocardiogram abnormalities were higher than those in non - obesity group （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）. CONCLUSION The detection rate of chronic disease in older people is high, it should make full use of community resources, and actively carry out comprehensive community intervention, regular health examination on lipids, glucose, blood pressure changes, maintain healthy lifestyle and diet and reasonable outdoor sports, get rid of bad habits to prevent and reduce the incidence of disease.
