摘 要:目的 了解2011年重庆市南岸区细菌性痢疾的流行特征,发现报告中存在的问题,探讨解决策略。方法 根据“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”2011年细菌性痢疾报告情况,并结合南岸区2011年5~11月细菌性痢疾监测结果进行综合分析。结果 南岸区2011年细菌性痢疾报告发病率103.21/10万,5岁以下儿童、散居儿童为高危人群,发病高峰为7月;分析细菌性痢疾监测系统数据,诊断符合率仅55.27%。结论 细菌性痢疾报告发病持续保持高位,但监测系统发现诊断符合率并不高,提示报告发病率可能虚高,必需建立以临床和实验室(包括粪便常规及病原学检测)相结合的细菌性痢疾监测体系,提高报告的特异性。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological characteristics of bacillary dysentery in Nan'an, Chongqing, 2011, and to find the problem of reporting and discuss the solving strategy. METHODS The analysis data of bacillary dysen- tery were collected from the "Diseases Reporting Information System" and the monitoring results of bacillary dysentery in Nan'an, Chongqing, from May to November in 201l. RESULTS The incidence rate of bacillary dysentery was 103.21/lakh in Nan'an in 201l. Children of five or younger and children without child care were primarily affected, and the incidence peak was July; Diagnose accordance rate was only 55.27% in monitoring system of bacillary dysentery. CONCLUSION The reporting of bacillary dysentery remain high, but through the monitoring system, we find that the diagnosis accordance rate isn't high enough. It shows that the incidence rate may be artificially high. We need to construct a monitoring system of bacil- lary dysentery combined with clinical and laboratory (including stool-RT and pathogen detection) for increasing the reporting of specificity.
