摘  要:目的 分析引起烧伤感染的细菌学特点及药物敏感情况,为烧伤治疗提供参考,探讨护理对策。方法 回顾分析2009年1月~2011年4月某院重症烧伤病房感染及药敏情况。结果 铜绿假单胞菌的感染率最高占28.1%,其次为鲍曼复合醋酸钙不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素和替考拉宁保持高度敏感性,铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼复合醋酸钙不动杆菌对亚胺培南的敏感性降低。结论 近年来,该院重症烧伤病房细菌感染以G-菌为主,其中铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌均有上升趋势,应提高警惕,不论阴性杆菌还是阳性球菌,其耐药率均较高,提示必须合理规范使用抗生素,采取有效的防范措施和护理对策。s OBJECTIVE To analyze bacteriological characteristics and drug sensitivity of burn infection.To provide reference for burn treatment and explore nursing measures. METHODS There was a retrospective analysis of infection and drug resis- tance in our burn ICU in January 2009 to April 2011. RESULTS The highest infection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa ac- counted for 28.1%, followed by compound calcium acetate cinetobacter baumannii and staphylococcus aureus. There was a high degree of sensitivity of staphylococus aureus to vancomycin and teicoplanin. Reduced drug sensitivity was found in pseu- domonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem. CONCLUSION In recent years, gram negative bacteria are predominant in the bacteria infection of our burn ICU. The upward trend is monitored in the infection of pseudomonas aerngi- nosa and acinetobacter baumannii and it should be vigilant. Resistance rates of both gram-positive cocci and gram-negative bacilli rise to a higher level, which suggests that the rational and standardize application of antibiotics is imperative. Effective preventive measures and nusing measures should also be taken.
