摘　　要：目的：建立测定口溃散中靛蓝含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（75：25，刃功，流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为289nm，柱温为30℃。结果：靛蓝的进样量在O．198～1．188gg范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9998）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均〈2％；平均加样回收率为99．61％，RSD=0．69％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、准确可靠、专属性强、重复性好，可用于口溃散中靛蓝的含量测定及其质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of indigo in Koukui powder. METHODS： HPLC was used. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-C18（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm） column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（75 ： 25, V/V） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 289 nm, and the column temper- ature was 30 ℃. RESULTS： The linear range of indigo was 0.198-1.188 μg（r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 99.61% （RSD=0.69%, n=6）. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2 %. CONCLUSIONS： The meth- od is simple, accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible for the content determination and quality control of indigo in Koukui powder.
