摘  要:为实现对喷灌支管首部压力的自动控制和调节,该文设计了一种适用于喷灌支管灌溉的控制阀,阐述了该阀的总体结构与工作原理,对其主要部件进行了设计与研究,并进行了水力性能试验。结果表明,若设定压力为0.2~0.5MPa时,初始压力偏差在0.03MPa内。调压器30S时间内使下游压力恢复到设定值附近,以后无论上游压力如何变化,压力最大偏差为0.01MPa;喷灌控制阀最大水头损失为0.060MPa,各项指标达到GB/TS0085—2007国家标准,满足设计要求。In order to control and adjust the header pressure of sprinkler lateral pipe, a regulating valve for sprinkler lateral pipe is de- signed in this paper. The overall structure and the working principle of the valve are described. Its core parts are designed and the hydraulic performance tests are conducted. The results show that when the setting pressure is 0. 2-0. 5 MPa, the initial maximum deviation of pressure is 0. 03 MPa. The regulator can response and make the downstream pressure reach the setting pressure within 30 seconds and the maximum of pressure was less than 0. 01 MPa regardless of the change of the upstream pressure. The head loss of the valve is less than 0. 06 Mpa. Each indicator of the regulating diaphragm valve is accorded with the standard GB/TS0085-2007.
