摘  要:针对脉冲探地雷达用于深层探测时存在的局限性,设计了一种基于ADC作为采样头的超宽带深层探地雷达接收机系统。文中通过使用ADS软件对传统四管平衡门采样头电路进行仿真,指出了限制系统动态范围最主要的因素,提出了一种大动态探地雷达接收机的系统结构,并给出了时序控制电路的设计方法。研制的接收机系统集成度高、成本低、动态范围可达80 dB,已用于实验室研制的深层探地雷达系统中。Because of the limitations when using impulse ground penetrating radar (GPR) for deep probing, a ultra-wideband (UWB) deep ground penetrating radar receiver system is designed based on analog/digital converter (ADC) for sampling. The simulation to the traditional four balanced door sampling head is carried out, pointing out the main factors that hmit the system dy- namic range. The overall structure of the receiver system is designed, as well as the timing control circuit. The highly integrated, low-cost receiver system has a large dynamic range up to 80 dB, and has been used in the deep ground penetrating radar system of our laboratory.
