摘  要:研究了一种S波段相控阵雷达数字T/R组件,讨论了组件结构总体布局及装配工艺设计,并对八单元T/R组件设计中存在的散热、电磁兼容等关键技术进行了重点阐述,提出了具体解决措施。研制出的八单元数字T/R组件输出功率达到50 W,同时实现了组件小型化,性能指标达到电信及结构总体的设计要求。The design of a digital T/R module at S Band has been presented in this paper. The overall structural layout and the assembly technology were discussed. The key technologies including the heat dissipation and the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) were described in detail and the solving methods were proposed. Finally, a power level of 50 Watts was available at the antenna port from the T/R module sample. The measurement results indicate the module performances have achieved the requirements of the design.
