摘  要:用氨(胺)溶性季铵铜(ACQ)作防腐剂,采用浸渍法对单板进行防腐处理,分别以酚醛树脂(PF)和脲醛树脂(UF)为胶黏剂,压制防腐胶合板,研究ACQ对胶合性能的影响。结果表明:用PF将经防腐处理的单板压制成胶合板,单板ACQ吸药量对胶合性能影响不明显。马尾松和杨木单板的ACQ吸药量分别为7.81和15.54 kg.m-3时,最佳胶合强度分别为1.50和1.69 MPa。用UF将经防腐处理的单板压制成胶合板,单板ACQ吸药量对杨木胶合板胶合性能影响不明显,吸药量为8.75 kg.m-3时,胶合强度最佳,为1.60 MPa;但ACQ防腐剂对UF胶马尾松胶合板胶合性能有负面影响,使胶合强度达不到国家标准要求,如果将马尾松单板蒸煮处理后再浸渍ACQ或者浸渍ACQ后在低温下干燥,胶合强度明显提高,最大值分别达到1.32和1.03 MPa,这是由于经过处理去除了马尾松单板内的部分抽出物或阻止了ACQ与抽出物的某些成分反应,从而减小了ACQ对UF胶马尾松胶合板胶合强度的影响。The aim of this work is to investigate the effect of preservative ammoniacal copper quaternary(ACQ) treated wood(masson pine and poplar veneer) on adhesion properties of phenolic formaldehyde(PF) adhesive and urea formaldehyde(UF) adhesive.It was found that the effect of preservative retention of veneers on bonding strength was insignificant when preserved veneers bonded with PF.The ACQ retention in masson pine veneer and poplar veneer were 7.81 and 15.54 kg · m-3,the optimum bonding strength reached up to 1.50 and 1.69 MPa,respectively.The effect of preservative retention of poplar veneers on bonding strength was insignificant but preservative had negative effect on masson pine when preserved veneers bonded with UF.The optimum bonding strength of poplar plywood was 1.60 MPa when ACQ retention was 8.75 kg · m-3,while all the masson pine plywood had bonded failure vs.the Chinese National Standard for interior plywood when the masson pine veneer was soaked in ACQ solution.When soaked in boiling water or dried in oven at low temperature after soaked in ACQ solution,the highest bonding strength of plywood which produced from such masson pine veneer bonded with UF adhesive had significantly improved to 1.32 MPa and 1.03 MPa,respectively.This is due to the extractives of masson pine veneer were removed or some chemical reactions between ACQ and extractives were stopped during the treatment process.Hence,the effects of ACQ on masson pine plywood bonded by UF adhesive were decreased.
