摘 要:以5个红榉种源2年生幼树为材料,对其叶片叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶周长、长宽比、形状因子和叶厚进行了调查和变异性分析。结果表明,红榉种源间叶面积、叶长、叶宽和叶周长的环境方差均大于其遗传方差,遗传方差分量所占百分比少,说明这些叶片形态性状受环境的影响更大;红榉叶片叶面积与叶长、叶宽呈极显著正相关,与叶周长呈显著相关,且各种源的叶面积拟合方程相关系数均在0.98以上,拟合效果良好;红榉种源间叶片长宽比、形状因子和叶厚的广义遗传力分别为71.758 6%、71.466 4%和75.796 2%,且遗传变异系数较小,说明这些性状受到中等程度以上的遗传控制,能够比较稳定地遗传给后代。Using 2-year old trees of 5 provenances of Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz.as materials,the length,width,thickness,length/width ratio,and forming factors of leaf morphologic characters were surveyed for variance analysis.The results showed as follows.The environmental variance of leaf area,leaf length and leaf width among different provenances were greater than the genetic variance,this indicated that these traits were mainly affected by the environment;And there were highly significant correlation between leaf length,width and area,and their coefficients of the regression equation were greater than 0.98;And the broad-sense heritability of length/width,forming factors and thickness were 71.758 6%,71.466 4% and 75.796 2%,respectively,and their genetic variation coefficients were rather smaller,which revealed that these traits were under moderate to higher genetic controll.
