胃痞消对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠NF-κBp65 mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察胃痞消对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠NF-κBp65 mRNA表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,维酶素组,胃痞消高、中、低剂量组,用1-甲基-3-硝基-1-亚硝基胍溶液(N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine,MNNG)复制慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型。RT-PCR检测NF-κBp65mRNA表达。结果模型组NF-κBp65 mRNA的表达增强,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃痞消高、中、低剂量组和维酶素组NF-κBp65 mRNA的表达降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃痞消可以下调胃癌前病变大鼠NF-κBp65 mRNA的表达,从而阻止CAG胃癌前病变的发展。Objective To observe the influence of gastritis rats with precancerous lesion. Methods Weipixiao on the NF-κBp65 SD rats were randomized into mRNA expression in chronic atrophic normal control group, model group, vitacoenzyme group, and high-, middle- and low-dose Weipixiao groups. N-methy1-N＇-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine was adopted to establish the CAG model, and RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of NF-κBp65 mRNA. Results The expression of NF-κBp65 mRNA was increased in the model group （P 〈 0.05 compared with that in the normal control group）, and then was decreased in vitacoenzyme group and high-, middle- and low-dose Weipixiao groups （P 〈 0.05 compared with that in the model group）. Conclusion Weipixiao can down-regulate the expression of the NF-κBp65 mRNA in rats with precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma（PLGC）, so it can prevent the development of PLGC in CAG rats.
