Design and Construction of Single-Wall Steel Suspension Box for South Approach of North Bridge of Xiazhang Sea-Crossing Bridge

摘  要:厦漳跨海大桥北汊南引桥为混凝土连续梁桥,有32个桥墩承台所在位置河床较低(-3.8^-6.51m),采用单壁钢吊箱围堰施工。钢吊箱平面尺寸为11.0m×11.176m,面板采用厚8mm的钢板,竖向加强龙骨采用[20a型钢,竖肋采用80mm×10mm的钢板条,横肋采用[8型钢,底板为厚15cm的混凝土预制板,由上到下设置3层H500×200型钢内支撑。经计算,该钢吊箱各工况下强度和变形均满足要求。钢吊箱在施工后场加工下料平台上分块制作,在墩位拼装平台上分块拼装,利用下放系统进行整体提升和下放,布设9个导管点先周围后中部进行混凝土封底施工。The south approach of the north bridge of Xiazhang Sea-Crossing Bridge is a con- crete continuous girder bridge. A number of 32 pier caps, which are located where the river bed is relatively low (--3.8---6. 51 m), were constructed using the single-wall steel suspension box cofferdam. The steel suspension box has a plan dimension of 11.0 m× 11. 176 m, the walls of the box adopt the 8 mm thick steel plates, the vertical strengthening frame adopt the[20a section steel, the vertical ribs adopt the 80 mm× 10 mm steel strips, the transverse ribs use the [8 section steel, the base slab is the 15 cm thick precast concrete slab. Inside the steel suspension box, three layers of inner supports made from H500 × 200 section steel are installed from the top down. By calculation, the strength and deformation of the steel suspension box under various load cases could meet the requirements. The steel suspension box was fabricated part by part on the cutting platform in the fabrication yard at the bridge site, and then assembled part by part on the assemb- ling platform at the locations of the piers. The steel suspension box was monolithically lifted and lowered using the lowering system, 9 duct points were placed for the base sealing construction of the steel suspension box, and the concrete was cast from the edge of the box base to the center.
