摘 要:厦漳跨海大桥北汊南引桥为双幅连续箱梁,其中设有缓和曲线变横坡段,变横坡段超高采用箱梁结构扭曲调整。该桥箱梁采用短线法节段匹配预制、架桥机安装的施工方法,针对该桥研发了具有一定柔度的半刚性模板系统以适应模板的变形要求,同时研发了TP75上行式双导梁架桥机进行拼装,实现了缓和曲线变横坡段的梁段预制、拼装,同时保证了施工线形精度,进而拓展了该项工法的应用范围。The south approach of the north bridge of Xiazhang Sea-Crossing Bridge is a contin- uous box girder bridge with two separated decks. The approach has a section with transition curve and variable transverse slope, the superelevation of the section is adjusted by the torsional buckling of the box girder structure. The box girder of the bridge is fabricated by the short-line match method and erected by overhead launching gantry. Considering the special characteristics of the bridge, a semi-stiff formwork system with a certain degree of flexibility was developed to suit the deformation demands of the formwork, and the TP75 overhead launching gantry with double launching noses were also prepared for the assembly of the girder sections, which helped realize the prefabrication and assembly of the section with transition curve and variable transverse slope. At the same time, the accuracy of the construction geometry was guaranteed, whereby the application range of the teehnique was expanded.
