摘  要:伴随着新型电子装备的电路板的高度集成化、功能的智能化、器件的小型化的发展,给测试维修保障带来了许多困难;针对新型电子装备中含有符合边界扫描结构的器件的复杂逻辑电路板,通过对边界扫描测试技术的研究,设计了在测试与诊断中具有关键作用的通用边界扫描控制器;并结合某型雷达电路板,利用基于边界扫描技术的ScanWorks软件,实现了对数模混合电路板故障的测试诊断,极大地提高了复杂逻辑电路板的测试覆盖率;可以解决现役及在研新型电子装备中复杂逻辑电路板的维修保障难题,并为未来新装备的服役保障打下良好的基础,具有非常重要的使用价值。Along with the development of the highly integrated circuit boards, intelligent functional, miniaturized devices of the new elec- tronic equipment, to test maintenance and support has brought many difficulties. Aaimed at the containing the complexity of the structure of boundary--scan devices in the logic board of the new electronic equipment, researching on boundary--scan test technology, designed a com- mon boundary scan controller that plays an important role in testing and diagnosis; combined with circuit board of one radar, applying Scan- Works software based on the boundary--scan technology, and achieved the testing of mixed analog--digital circuit board fault diagnosis, greatly improved the test coverage of complex logic circuit board; maintenance and support of existing and new electronic equipment complex logic circuit board can be solved, and lay a good foundation for the future of new equipment service protection, has a very important value in use.
