摘　　要：分析自律分散系统的概念和体系结构;按照通用化、模块化的原则构建了基于自律分散系统的自动测试系统,采用双环型结构,节点具有两个链接:环内链接(构成正常时能利用的环型传输通路)和环间链接(构成发生故障时能利用的环型传输通路);设计了通用测试仪器、专用测试仪器和可重构测试接口适配器,以LAN连接仪器,系统具有较强的扩展能力;采用面向对象框架的技术描述软件结构;采用该方法构建的测试系统具有扩展性、容错性、在线维护性和开放性。The paper construes the concept and architecture of Autonomous Decentralized System and structures the Automatic Test System based on the Autonomous Decentralized System according to modularity and general utilization. The ATS is interlinked through double-- loop structure. The node has two links, one of them link the node of one loop, and the other link the node among different loops. Design the general--purpose test and measurement equipment, specified test and measurement equipment and the reconfigurable test unit adapter. Con- nect the equipment with LAN, the system has the ability to extend. The system describe the structure of the software by using object--ori- ented framework and multi--thread technology. It meets the online expansibility, online fault tolerance and online maintenance requirement of the ATS.
