摘  要:基于西门子先进的运动控制系统SIMOTION D,实现了国际热核实验反应堆(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor,ITER)Bottom/Top和Side校正场线圈(Correction Coils,CC)绕制的多轴同步控制系统,共8个轴以不同的凸轮运动完成线圈的绕制;在对系统需求进行了分析总结的基础上,设计实现了该系统的硬件结构,阐述了各硬件的功能作用;根据系统的功能需求,实现了多状态多功能的控制软件设计并对其工作原理和流程进行了论述,同时实现了和谐友好、功能齐全的人机界面;工业以太网、PROFIBUS(过程现场总线)网、DRIVE-CLIQ的应用使整个硬件系统具有高度的集成性和良好的可扩展性;实际运行结果表明,ITER校正场线圈绕制控制系统能够满足高可靠性、高精度的要求,能够完成两种形状线圈的绕制。Multi--axis synchronization control system of ITER Bottom/Top and side correction coils winding have been realized by different cams motion on the basis of SIEMENSE SIMOTION D, an advanced control system. In order to meet the system requirements, the hard- ware structure of the system with the functions of description of the hardware has been set up and the functions of description of the hardware have been successfully achieved. The multi--state and multi--function software has been realized and its processes and working principle have been stated, while a harmonious and friendly, functional Human Machine Interface has been performed. The application of industrial Ethernet, PROFIBUS and DRIVE--CLIQ make the whole hardware systems become high degree integration and good scalability. The actual operating results indicated that the ITER CC winding control system could complete two types of different coils winding with high-- reliability and high--precision.
