摘　　要：为了提高无线视频监控系统的实时性和普适性,设计并实现了一种基于Android平台的实时视频监控系统;介绍了视频监控系统的组成,重点论述了视频监控系统主要模块设计以及RTP/RTCP协议重组优化方案;并以PC机作为服务器采集实时视频,选取Android手机和Android平板电脑作为不同的客户端,分别在移动3G网络和WLAN网络环境中对系统进行了测试;测试结果表明,系统在不同无线网络和不同移动终端中均能可靠的工作,客户端所获取的实时视频图像稳定流畅,具有较好的实时性能。In order to enhance the real--time performance and ~＇~iversality of the wireless video monitoring system, a real--time video monitoring system based on Android platform is designed and implemented. The composition of video monitoring system is introduced firstly, then discusses emphatically the major modules design of video monitoring system and recomposing optimization scheme of RTP/RTCP proto- col. PC is used as the server to collect real--time video, Android mobile and Android tablet are selected as different client, and the system is tested respectively in mobile 3G network and WLAN network. The test results show that the system can work reliably in different wireless networks and different mobile terminals, the real--time video image of the client monitoring is stable and fluent, and the system has good real -- time performance.
