摘  要:时间反转是超声无损检测的技术手段之一。该方法可以使损伤散射信号重新聚焦,提高超声波检测缺陷的能力;然而,传统的时间反转超声检测操作方法十分繁杂,难以应用于工程实际;在建立由多台测试仪器和主控机组成的检测系统基础上,使用LabVIEW结合VISA仪器驱动函数库编写系统软件;该软件驱动多仪器协调工作,实现信号的发生、采集、处理和存储功能一体化,提高时间反转超声检测的效率;通过对3mm铝板的缺陷检测实验,验证了软件良好的易用性和可靠性。Time reversal is a useful technique in ultrasonic nondestructive testing. By using time reversal method, the waves scattered by defects can be refocused to improve defect identification capability of ultrasonic inspection. However, conventional ultrasonic testing using time reversal method is very complicated to operate and therefore this technique is hard to apply in practice. Combined with VISA function li- brary, LabVIEW is used to develop the software to control a defect testing system which is composed of several instruments and one main control computer. This developed software makes the instruments cooperate with each other easily and achieves some functions including sig- nal generation, acquisition, procession and storage, and as a result improves the efficiency of ultrasonic testing using time reversal method. Damage detection results of 3ram aluminium plates have verified usability and reliability of the software.
