中药如意止痛膏外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药如意止痛膏外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择未手术的急性胰腺炎患者72例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用中药如意止痛膏外敷治疗,每日1次,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗1周后,治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率83.33%,治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如意止痛膏外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Ruyi analgesic Plaster for the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods ： Select no surgery 72 patients with acute pancreatitis, were randomly divided into a treatment group of 36 patients and a control group of 36 patients. The conventional treatment for the control group, the conventional therapy plus Ruyi analgesic Plaster for the treatment groupt once daily observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results ： After 7 days treatment, the total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 83.33% in the control group. Between the 2 groups, the total efficiency difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Ruyi analgesic Plaster adjuvant treatment of acute pancreatitis have better clinical efficacy.
