从《备急灸法》看灸法抗炎免疫特性

摘　　要：《备急灸法》的出现源自于对急性炎症治疗的迫切需求,其记载的病种以炎症性疾病为主,表现出灸法对炎症的优势作用。而炎症是现代多种难治性疾病的核心病理变化,艾灸的抗炎免疫特性在防治这类疾病中显示出很大的优势。从《备急灸法》思考灸法的抗炎免疫特性,对于临床推广灸法,提高针灸治疗疑难病的疗效具有重要的参考价值。Emergence of 《BeiJiJiuFa》 is derived from the urgent need for the treatment of acute inflammation. Acute inflammation was the main disease in the book of 《BeiJiJiuFa》 showing the advantages of acute inflammation role. While inflammation is the core of pathological changes of the modern variety of refractory disease, anti-inflammatory immune properties of moxibustion showed a great advantage in the prevention and treatment of these diseases. Thinking anti- inflammatory immune properties of moxibustion, 《BeiJiJiuFa》 has important reference value for improving the efficacy of acupuncture treatment of difficult diseases.
