摘 要:目的:探讨冠心病血瘀证体质的遗传特征。方法:运用"病例对照"的遗传流行病学家系调查方法,对冠心病血瘀证家系(为观察组)1565人和冠心病非血瘀证家系(为对照组)1553人进行体质调查和分离比、遗传度、遗传模式计算及相关性分析。结果:①冠心病血瘀证先证者及一二级亲属中体质类型均以阳虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质、气虚质所占比例为多;②冠心病血瘀证一二级亲属九种体质类型的遗传度均低于50%。③冠心病血瘀证的发病与主体质存在着相关性(rs=0.879,P<0.05)。结论:冠心病血瘀证患者的主体质均以阳虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质为主;体质因素可以作为影响冠心病血瘀证的一个相关因子,但对于冠心病血瘀证的遗传并不起决定作用。Objective: To explore the Hereditary characteristics of physical constitution of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease. Methods: 1565 patients of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease family(observational group) and 1553 patients of non Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease family(eontro group) were included in our study,we taken physical constitution survey and segregation ratio, heredity grade, hereditary, model calculation and relativity analysis by "case-controlled" hereditary epidemiologieal genealogy investigation method. Results: ① The physical constitution type of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease propositus and their first and second degree relatives exhibit with deficiency of yang constitution,phlegmatic hygrosis constitution, deficiency of yin constitution, deficiency of Qi constitution mostly. ② The heredity grade of the all nine types of physical constitution in the first and second degree relative of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease less than 50%. ③ There was relativity between the pathogenesis of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease and the principal physical constitution ( rs = 0. 879, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The principal physical constitution of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease exhibit with deficiency of yang constitution, phlegmatic hygrosis constitution and deficiency of yin constitution mostly, physical constitution can be taken as a relative factor of Blood-Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease,but it' s not the hereditary decisive factor.
