建立福建省寄生虫种质资源实物库与数据库

摘　　要：目的建立福建省寄生虫种质资源实物库和数据库。方法在省内收集的寄生虫及媒介宿主的种类进行系统分类整理、信息描述及贮存、标本保存与展示等，即建立相关实物库和数据库。结果建立了符合生物学特性的寄生虫及医学媒介宿主实物资源库共61种，包括线虫实物库9种、吸虫实物库16种、绦虫实物库7种、医学软体动物实物库16种、医学节肢动物实物库13种；以及与之相对应的信息数据3106条和图像信息6212张。结论建立了福建省内较完整的、永久保存的寄生虫及医学媒介宿主的种群数量资源实物库和数据库。Objective To establish the material storage and database on parasite germplasm resources in Fujian. Methods Specimens of parasites and intermediate hosts were collected and classified systematically, described, preserved and database was established in Fujian. Results Totally 61 species of the the material objects and database were collected, meeting the systematical requirements of medical biology studies, of which 9 kinds of nematodes, 16 kinds of trematodes, 7 kinds of tapeworms, 16 kinds of medical mollusks, 13 kinds of medical arthropods were sorted out with 3 106 specimens information and 6 212 images established. Conclusion The complete database and permanent preservation of specimens on parasites and intermediate hosts have been established in Fujian.
