摘　　要：在国内城市更新热潮下,作为反映特定城市历史文化脉络和个性的有机文化体系,城市文态对城市转型发展的作用凸显。在引入城市文态概念的基础上归纳出其地域性、系统性、动态性、多样性和创新性的特点。城市文态建设与城市更新在基础、动力和实现上表现出天然的耦合性。以成都为例整理了城市文态建设体系,并总结其开创性实践的经验(改善城市形象、优化公共文化服务、引导文化发展和促进经济发展)和不足(文化趋同、公平失衡和文化割裂)。Given the tide of domestic urban regeneration, Urban Culture Status plays an increasing role in China＇ s urban transformation, as an organic culture system which makes the local cultural-historical context clear. On the basis of defining Urban Culture Status, this paper sums up its characteristics as follows： regional, systematic, dynamic, diverse and innovative. From aspects of basis, driving force and implementation, this paper proves that the construction of Urban Culture Status and urban regeneration are obviously coupled. In case of Chengdu, the construction system of Urban Culture Status is codified, the experience and deficiency are summarized from this pioneering practice.
