摘 要:生态园区的规划应改变传统以城市建设开发为主导的思维,土地生态适宜性分析为生态园区的规划提供良好的考虑到生态敏感性和水土流失的科学手段和依据。基于此,研究以深圳市国际低碳生态城坪地为例,针对生态园区进行土地生态适宜性评价,确定评价指标体系——沟谷密度、沟床平均纵比降、坡度、植被覆盖度,结合城市环境、交通等特征提出评价因子体系,运用层次分析法确定评价因子的权重值,通过ArcGIS10.0的缓冲区分析、水文分析、数据统计、地理处理等功能对生态园区土地的适宜性进行评价。并着重分析了沟谷密度、沟床平均纵比降可能对生态园区建设产生的影响。结果表明,适宜用地面积占总面积的39.89%,不适宜和不可建用地占总面积的23.02%,说明该研究区的土地生态适宜性总体较好,但是非建成区生态敏感性高,大多数为林地和水域,易发生水土流失等地质灾害,生态较为脆弱。从水土流失方面考虑,坪地镇的一些交通干道存在一定的不安全因素,如分布在坪地镇惠盐高速和深惠路、盐龙大道、惠盐高速均有中度或强度侵蚀的沟谷。综合以上,其研究方法对于土地利用规划方面是有益的补充和尝试,结果以期为促进园区生态系统良性循环,实现园区建设的可持续性健康发展提供依据。Ecological Park planning should change the traditional thinking oriented by urban construction and development, and land suitability evaluation provides scientific method and basis for the planning. Taking Shenzhen international low-carbon eco-city as a case study, this paper attempts to construct index system for land suitability evaluation. Considering characteristics of urban environment and transportation, the evaluation system consists of indexes such as gully density, mean gradient,slope and vegetation coverage, whose weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation process was conducted at ArcGIS10.0, with its functions of buffer analysis, network analysis, data statistics and overlaying. The gully density and mean gradient's influence on ecological park conduction is emphatically analyzed.Result shows that the suitable land accounts for 39.89% of the total area, whereas unsuitable land accounts for 23.03%, which means the land ecological suitability of the study area is generally good. However, the non-built-up area is of high ecological sensitivity, most of which is forest and water area, where soil erosion is easily to happen. Considering the soil erosion, there is some insecurity in the study area's traffic artery. For example, the gully erosion of Huiyan Highway, Shenhui Road, Yanlong Avenue and Huiyan Highway is moderate or severe. Above all, this research is beneficial supplement for land use planning, promoting the benign cycle of ecological park's ecosystem, and finally realizing its sustainable and healthy development.
