摘　　要：土地使用与交通协调发展的理念早已被规划者、管理者所熟知,但两者仍停留在定性分析,而一体化的量化分析模型因其庞杂的模块及严格的数据要求使其与规划实践渐行渐远,无法真正落实到规划编制过程中去,然而近些年基于规划项目的实践创新却推动了土地使用与交通协调发展的研究。基于规划过程的土地使用与交通一体化模型更适合我国国情,为此以土地使用与交通一体化规划为研究主线,探讨了土地使用与交通协调发展的现状与困境以及其在新时期的变革背景,阐明了土地使用与交通一体化规划研究的核心关键,并提出适用于我国规划体制的土地使用与交通协调发展的研究框架,最后对未来一体化规划研究的趋势和总体要求进行了展望。Land use and transportation integration based on the planning process is more suitable for China than the integration model based on simulated traffic running. This paper explored the coordinated development status of land use and transportation, as well as its background in the new era of change. Then clarified the crucial problems of the integrated planning of land use and transport studies, proposed land use and transport coordination development framework suit for our planning system, and finally prospected trends and the overall requirements of integrated planning for the future research.
