摘　　要：居民出行碳排放是人类活动主要碳排放来源之一,土地利用作为居民活动在空间上的投影,提出了居民出行的需求并对居民出行碳排放具有总体上的锁定作用,这一需求在特定交通供给和个人家庭情况的共同作用下产生不同的出行行为,并最终影响居民出行碳排放的总量和结构。土地利用影响交通出行碳排放的主要因素包括城市规模、城市空间结构、土地开发强度、土地混合利用、交通出行可达性等方面。土地利用是控制和减少交通出行碳排放的必要而非充分条件,好的城市空间结构、高强度、良好的土地混合利用以及好的交通可达性等为控制和减少交通出行碳排放提供了一个良好的空间组织的基础,但要达到这一目标,还需要采取一定的交通出行政策限制私人汽车出行,提高公共交通和步行、自行车出行的吸引力,才能较好地控制和减缓居民出行碳排放。Household daily travel is one of the major sources of human activity carbon emissions. As the spatial projection of human activities, land use demands the human mobility which will become individual household travel activity with the combined effect of transportation supply and individual/household attributes. Therefore, land use can affect the household travel behavior and lock the total amount and structure of household travel carbon emission. Five aspects of land use, i. e. , urban scale, urban spatial structure, development intensity, mixed used, and accessibility, can impact the household travel carbon emission through different way. Land use is the necessary but not sufficient condition for low carbon household travel. Generally speaking, well structured urban space, high intensity, mixed land use, and good accessibility of land use can provide a spatial foundation of low carbon household carbon emission. 0nly with the cooperation of transportation policy that limit the use of private car and increase the attractiveness of public transportation, pedestrian and bicycle, land use policy can control and mitigate household travel carbon emission.
