摘  要:合肥光源(Hu)新集中布局注入系统用两台电源给两组四块冲击磁铁并联供电,冲击磁铁电磁参数一致对于顺利完成电子注入过程非常关键。为保证磁铁电磁参数一致,对铁氧体磁芯材料电磁特性做了有针对性的相对测量,根据测量结果合理安排磁铁制造工艺。磁铁加工成型后,对两组冲击磁铁的电磁参数进行了测量,测量结果表明两组冲击磁铁电磁参数基本一致,满足设计要求。The new concentrated injection system of HEFEI Light Source (HLS) is composed of four kicker magnets with ferrite core which are supplied by two electrical source and the similarity of kicker magnets are crucial to successful injection course of electron beam. To assure this similarity, the electromagnetic properties of ferrite core were relatively measured with pertinence and according to the measurement the techniques of making magnets were arranged reasonably. Finally, the electromagnetic parameters of four kicker magnets were measured and are same with each other satisfying the requirement of injection system design.
