医学独立学院实践型、创新型人才“3＋1”培养模式探索一以安徽医科大学临床医学院为例

摘　　要：针对新型教育模式一医学独立学院人才培养现状和实际，经过五年的教育实践，结合中华人民共和国教育部第26号令《独立学院设置与管理办法》，提出了实践型、创新型人才“3＋1”培养模式内涵，即“培养目标、培养规格、培养方式”＋“培养环境”。给出了构建了医学独立学院实践型、创新型人才“3＋1”培养模式的四点建议。A new mode of education -- the status of talent training mode in independent medical colleges,five years of education practice,we proposed the connotation practical innovation talent training mode of＂3＋1＂ ,combining twenty-sixth order of the Ministry Of Education Of China, that is ＂Training target, Training specification, Training form ＂＋＂ Culture environment ＂. Give four points of constructing practical innovation talent training mode of ＂3＋ 1＂.
