基于问卷分析的低碳农村建设对策研究——以浙江为例

摘　　要：低碳农村已成为国内新农村建设的风向标,但相应的理论体系尚未完善,尤其缺少对实例的研究。本文根据天台、长兴、安吉三地部分农村"低碳农村建设"问卷调查情况,总结分析了目前省内低碳农村建设现状和存在的问题,认为要从政策制订与创新宣传、鼓励"循环农业"、优化能源结构、推进低碳基础设施建设、推广低碳建筑等方面提出对策,探索适合浙江农村的、复制性高、操作性强的低碳农村建设方式。Low-carbon rural has become the weathervane in domestic new-rural development, but the corresponding theoretical system has not been perfect, especially lacking of case studies. According to questionnaire data about low- carbon rural development, part of the rural in Tiantai, Changxing, Anji, then summarizes the current status of low- carbon rural development and problems in Zhejiang Province. It puts forward countermeasures in the following aspects that policy formulation and innovation propaganda, encouraging the cycle of agriculture, optimizing energy structure, promoting low-carbon infrastructure construction and promoting low carbon buildings, thus exploring the carbon rural construction paths and strategies which is a suitable, replieable and workable for rural areas in Zhejiang.
