摘　　要：下消化道大出血作为消化系统的一种常见疾病,可导致较高的病死率。在下消化道大出血的诊断中,出血部位的诊断仍属难点,其诊断方法的应用更多地取决于医师的技能和经验。科学技术的进步拓宽了下消化道出血诊断和治疗措施的选择范围。因此,医师对不同检查及治疗方式的熟练掌握显得尤为重要,以便能够正确地对下消化道大出血实施诊疗。Acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding is a common disease that results in high mortality. Iden-tification of the bleeding source remains a diagnostic challenge. Most diagnostic modalities are dependent on the doctor＇s skill and experience. Advances in technology have also expanded the scope of options for treat-ment of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding. It is therefore important for the surgeon to be familiar with the different diagnostic and therapeutic modalities and their advantages and disadvantages in order to guide the management of the acute bleeding patient.
