摘 要:建立了铁路养路机械散料运输车自动装卸底架承载梁(以下简称底架梁)简化的有限元模型,并通过底架钢结构梁的静态应力和应变测试试验,验证了有限元模型的正确性。基于此有限元模型,对底架梁作了进一步的强度、刚度和模态分析,得出了3种危险工况下底架梁的应力、应变情况及动态特性。该研究方法和思路为解决此类大型养路机械底架结构强度工程问题提供了有益借鉴。It was established that simplified finite-element analysis model of load-bearing beams of bulk materials auto- matic loading and unloading underframe of railway maintenance machinery. And through the testing experiments on static stress and strain of underframe steel structure beams to validate the correctness of the analysis model. Based on the model of supporting beams, it was made that further strength, stiffness and modal analysis, it is concluded that the stress and strain under three dangerous conditions and dynamic characteristics. Research methods and ideas provided a useful reference for solving the structural strength engineering problems on such large-scale road maintenance machinery underframe.
